Privacy Policy

Registrants may be asked personal and non-personal information. Personal Information is defined as specific identifiable information about an individual or entity which may be used to identify, contact or locate that person or entity (e.g. name, mailing address, device ID, email address or phone number). Non-Personal Information is defined as information that, by itself, does not identify a specific individual or entity (e.g. demographic information, app strategies, app performance, technical expertise, etc.).

The Alliance may share personal information about registrants with sponsors as agreed upon in their sponsorship agreement. Non-personal is for Alliance internal use only and will not be directly shared with any third parties, including event sponsors. However, the Alliance reserves the right to use the non-personal collected data for insights and analysis reports for internal and industry purposes.
