WASHINGTON, DC – The Application Developers Alliance has launched a multimedia and campaign in several states including Connecticut and the Washington D.C. area calling for comprehensive patent reform. The Troll Fighter campaign includes digital, print and Pandora Internet Radio advertising that features small business owners, innovators and app developers that have been targeted by patent trolls.
"Patent reform will not hurt small inventors. It will hurt non-inventors who misuse patents. Developers, entrepreneurs and small businesses have been targeted, threatened, and even bankrupted by patent trolls,” said Jon Potter, President, Application Developers Alliance. “It’s time for Congress to act, to protect our job-creators and to put patent trolls out of business.”
The ad in Connecticut features Michael Skelps, President of Capstone Photography in Middlefield, CT – a victim of patent abuse. More information is available at TrollFighter.com.
