AdColony along with other Application Developers Alliance Business and Revenue Working Group members have crafted a new best-practices guide, Going Native: The Future of Mobile Advertising, which discusses the rise in native ads and why developers need to pay attention to the mobile advertising shift.

Native advertising is quickly rising in popularity (approaching 50% of all mobile ad revenue), providing ample opportunities for both developers and advertisers. Although native advertising is seeing acceptance from consumers and positively impacting business revenue, a lack of clear definition, comprehension from marketers and industry standards leave native advertising with room to grow and mature.
